Getting Ready To Finish The Project
This week I decided to put some work into a component that did not meet the standard of the project. I had to add more Identification, analysis and evaluation of each song I provided. I started by getting a bunch of songs down and had some notes on each song. Then this week I went in and put more information in to make it reach the standard of the project. This coming week I have a lot of work to do in order to finish the project but it is very doable I just need to do a few more songs and I'll be good to go. My stress levels are pretty high right now with finals week ahead of us. I'm confident I will be able to finish strong it is just going to take a lot of mental focus and clarity, while staying cool, calm and collected. I have a good list of what I am going to have to get done this week and I think I've given myself a good enough time table to get everything done and be successful in the semester. I'm not looking forward to a long week of work but I think I'll be happy once it is over and be proud of the work I produced.
Hey Connor, your website is very detailed and looks extremely good so far. I think the topic of your website is really neat and I haven’t seen anyone else covering music like this. I agree this whole process is a tad bit stressful but we are in the home stretch now. I hope you finish your project strong and I can’t wait to see the complete final version. Keep up the good work and just think we're almost done.

ReplyDeleteI think a lot of other students are also concerned with balancing their time between this project and their finals. It is good to see that you have taken the time to set a timetable for yourself; I for one find that I am much more productive when I make a schedule beforehand to help budget my time.

Hey Connor, I think you website came out great. You have a lot of very clear details for each one of the paragraphs you wrote. I also like the introduction paragraph and how you talk a little about yourself and your background. I hope the rest of your finals go good.

ReplyDeleteI enjoyed looking at your website and seeing what music you analyzed for your topic as I focused on some music as well. It is interesting to see the similarities and differences in our analyses which I knew was going to happen between people's writing in this class. I agree with a lot of what you said in your "This I Believe" essay and you did a really good job overall!
